I called late Saturday afternoon about getting some tires mounted and balanced on my wheels. Nadia was willing to wait for me even though it was 15 minutes before closing time. I decided I couldn’t make it there in time so I told I would be there Monday morning. Nadia greeted me with a smile and remembered our discussion from Saturday. I dropped the tires and wheels off, and was able to pick them up on my lunch break. We shook hands and agreed this is now my go to place for tires and service. Customer service at its finest! Be sure and ask for Nadia when you have the need for wheels and tires, and you will also be a customer for life!!!

First time visiting and I had a great experience! They did an excellent job with my tire rotation and alignment, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout the whole process. My vehicle drives great now. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future car needs. Highly recommend!

1 star. Was there almost 3 hours to get my FRONT tires rotated, they took in my truck in twice since they didn’t get it right the first time , and when I left my tire pressure on ALL 4 were all over the place. They didn’t charge me, but I wasn’t there not to pay. I communicated everything very clearly that I was going out of town. And now in in the middle of nowhere in a Loves truck stop fixing the tire pressure on all 4 tires. Noted: they also kept my front valve stem covers and my air pressure sensors are working properly.

Shoutout to the crew at the South RnR Tire Express! Came in needing tires on my truck and Jay got me taken care of fast. Great customer service, honest people, and Jonah and Charles made the whole process easy. Got hooked up with a great deal, an alignment, and my truck rides smooth again. You can tell Jonah Charles and Jay up front and the guys installing the tires actually care about their customers here. Definitely earned a loyal customer. 💯

I had an excellent experience at RNR Tire Express thanks to Jonah, the GM. He went above and beyond to take care of me. Last week, he helped me get a tire fixed quickly and made the whole process easy. Then this week, he took it a step further—he was incredibly flexible with my schedule and even came in on his day off to help get a brand new set of tires installed on my truck. When I showed up, he already had multiple options ready to go and took the time to walk me through everything so I could make the best choice. That level of preparation and customer service is hard to find. Jonah genuinely cares about his customers and it shows. If you’re going to RNR Tire Express, definitely ask for him—you’ll be in great hands. I’ll be coming back and recommending him to everyone I know.
